At Foxwell Diag, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you're not perfectly happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
